Mingle and Move

Ladies, we’ll move our bodies with a fun workout (all levels: chair to high impact) and enjoy an acai and yogurt bar along with matcha and coffee on Saturday, May 16 at 9AM. We'll hear from a guest speaker about honoring God by caring for our bodies.

Come be renewed, encouraged, and leave glowing from the inside out.
